At BEAUEYE (US), we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team at support@beaueye.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened box to ensure they are protected during transit and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
